Supported LivingSupported Living is a state funded residential support program that enables persons with disabilities to live in settings of their choice. The program offers flexible services that assists individuals in being as independent as possible. If you are a Supported Living Provider, please have your monthly invoices turned in for processing by: • January 5, 2010 by 4:00 pm • February 4, 2010 by 4:00 pm • March 4, 2010 by 4:00 pm • April 5, 2010 by 4:00 pm • May 5, 2010 by 4:00 pm • June 4, 2010 by NOON • July 6, 2010 by NOON • August 4, 2010 by 4:00 pm • September 3, 2010 by 4:00 pm • October 4, 2010 by 4:00 pm • November 4, 2010 by 4:00 pm • December 3, 2010 by 4:00 pm • January 4, 2010 by 4:00 pm
Any supported living invoices received after the above deadline will be processed
the following month.
